What we keep about you, why we keep it, and how to ask us to change or remove it.
Your account
When you register we keep your name, email, phone number, and address so we can run auctions, send invoices, and arrange pickup or shipping. Card payments go through Helcim. We store the reference Helcim gives us, never your full card number.
Bids, purchases, and browsing
We record the bids you place, the items you win or buy, and your invoices. We also record which lots you open, what you search for, and items added to your cart that were not paid for. Before you sign in, this is tied to a cookie on your device so it can be linked to your account once you do.
We use this to show you items you are more likely to want, to understand which categories and price ranges our buyers prefer, and to plan what we bring to auction. We do not sell this information.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and one visitor cookie that groups your browsing on this device. Your browser also remembers your recent interests locally so the auction floor and Buy Now page can put them first.
